What to Look for in a Restoration Company

You find water where there shouldn't be water.
It is running like a river in your house, under the house, even pouring out vents.
                 What do you do?
If you can find the source turn it off and turn the electricity off as well.
Try to determine if water is "clean" or "dirty"- meaning sewage.  If there is sewage leave location.
If you are a renter contact your landlord.  If you own the location contact your insurance.
Often the owner's insurance will recommend a local restoration company to call like ChemDry Cleaning & Restoration.  Do know, the choice of companies is your choice, insurance companies have suggestions, but ultimately it is the owner's choice.

If unable to contact your insurance company and you feel it is an emergency contact a 24/7 restoration company.

Even though you might be in a panic there is some information you want to know about the restoration company you are choosing:

How long have they been in business?
How long have they been working in restoration?
Are they certified for water damage?
Will they work with insurance companies?
Are they bonded and insured?

Most of this info can be found on their website or phone book ad.

ChemDry Cleaning & Restoration has been in the business for over 22 years.  Owners Noah and Isais Lopez have extensive experience in water, fire and mold restoration.  Being part of the ChemDry franchise they are upheld to the highest standards of requirements including training, certifications and insurance.
